Paul was told by Jesus Himself that he would testify in Rome. But he is a prisoner aboard a ship that he’s certain is sailing into disaster. As we begin this final section of our Acts series, we will see how Paul is totally surrendered because he knows who is ultimately in control of the voyage and his circumstance.
