Belonging | Hosea 1:6-9, 1 Peter 2:9-10

Everyone longs to belong, not just in a social club or friend group, but to a place that feels like family and home. In the Old Testament, God made a promise to Abraham and his descendants that they would belong to him as his people, but over time and many years of disobedience, the Israelites walked away from God over and over again. We all fear losing the places we belong to, and thankfully in Jesus, we have the assurance that we belong to Him and we will never be cast out.
