Created For Unity (Philippians 2:1-11)

During Advent, we step back from our normal walk through a book or theme to do a deep dive into one passage, four times, looking at it through the lense of the whole-Bible storyline: Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Recreation. We’re focusing on Philippians 2:1-11, that great hymn to Jesus to see how the essential oneness of God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — means we were created for oneness, a unity that was broken at the fall, made possibly by the cross, and will one day be made new in eternity.
