Doing Good (Gal. 6:6-10)

As Paul wraps up his letter to the churches in south Galatia, he may be getting a sense that what he’s just written is going to need some explanation…so he makes a point to remind the churches that they need to set aside funds to supply the teachers they need. In a paragraph about the wise use of resources, Paul makes a profound connection: if self-giving love is at the heart of the message, it should also be at the heart of the messengers.
