“What happened?” That’s the big question facing us as we explore Colossians 1:15-23 this weekend. The first stanza of this great poem reminded us that we were made to worship God in perfect harmony with him. But the second stanza talks about death, evil, the need for peace, alienation, and hostility. What happened to put us in this mess? Are we stuck there forever?
